This notice explains how we process the personal data you provide when you fill in the contact form on the Osense website to be contacted by us. It is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the "Italian Privacy Code"), as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Please read it before submitting the form. If you have any questions, you can reach us using the contact details below.

1. Data controller

The data controller is WERI S.r.l., the company that develops and markets the Osense platform, with registered office at Via San Pietro 56, 70056 Molfetta (BA), Italy ("Osense", "we" or "us").

For any matter relating to your personal data, you can write to [email protected].

Osense has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the conditions set out in Article 37 GDPR do not apply.

2. Personal data we process

We only process the data you provide directly through the form:

Please do not include in your message any special categories of data (for example data concerning health, political opinions or religious beliefs) or data about other people: we do not need them to get back to you.

The website does not use profiling cookies or analytics or marketing tools. It only uses technical tools needed to operate and stay secure, provided by Webflow: a technical cookie from its content delivery infrastructure and an anti-bot check on the forms.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data for the purposes listed below, each with its legal basis under Article 6 GDPR.

Purpose Legal basis Providing data
A. Responding to your request and getting back to you (information about the platform, a demo, setting up a meeting) Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); where you contact us on behalf of an organisation, our legitimate interest in following up on the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(f)) Required to reply to you

C. Complying with legal obligations and, where necessary, establishing, exercising or defending legal claims Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) Required where the law so provides

Processing for purpose A does not require your consent: the acknowledgement checkbox only confirms that you have read this notice. Consent for purpose B is separate, freely given and can be withdrawn at any time; declining it has no effect on our reply to your request.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have assessed that it does not override your rights: we contact you only because you asked us to, and we process the minimum data needed. You can object to this processing at any time (Section 9).
